About QDSA

The Queensland Defence Science Alliance (QDSA) is the inaugural, state-based portal to facilitate and strengthen connections and collaborations between Queensland universities, Government and the wider Defence industry.

As the QDSA joins the ‘One Defence’ mission, we strive to increase Queensland’s capability pipeline and fuse it with the Australian Defence Force’s mission to deliver tangible outcomes.

At the heart of our alliance is the aspiration to propel our sovereign nation and its Defence Force to new heights. We aim to do this by delivering a range of innovative concepts that offer capability advantage, as well as facilitating interactions between Queensland academia and industry.

Our mission is to create an agile ecosystem to accelerate the advantage.
